| Another Monday |
Monday morning, what a pain! - so many things to do
And to think, as the week goes on, more things still to do
Today would be a day to start, while early week tasks are few
To take some time to back away, to take a moment to pray
Dear God, you know I am busy. My work is piling up
I wish I had some time for you but, Monday is non-stop
But then again, if I am with you, I know all will be ok
Somehow you'll help me get things done, if I but stop and pray
You know I can't do it alone, I really do need help
So, Dear Lord, this Monday morn, let's go; let's get things done |
